To be eligible, items must be unused, in original condition, and returned with proof of purchase.
To request a return, submit a return request through the store’s support or order page. Approved returns will receive return instructions and a return address.
Once the return is received and inspected, approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3 days. Banks may take additional time to post the refund.
